Buying Guide

The pinnacle of TLR design. The 2.8F is the most sought-after Rolleiflex with its f/2.8 Planar (Zeiss) or Xenotar (Schneider) lens. Planar versions command a premium. Check the meter - selenium cells degrade but the camera works fully without it. Test shutter at all speeds. Examine both lenses carefully. A CLA'd example is a lifetime camera.
