Buying guide
The 500G (1972, also sold as the Sears 35|RF) is a compact coupled rangefinder with shutter-priority AE or manual control. The meter was designed for a 1.35V PX675 mercury cell, which is no longer made; use a 675 zinc-air cell or an adapter. Test rangefinder alignment and check the lens for haze or fungus.
