Buying guide
The Tachihara 4x5 was a traditional Japanese field camera, also sold as the Osaka and the Calumet Wood Field XM; the only geared control is the front focus. Check the bellows and wood, and check the standards are rigid: one owner reported the back pulling backward when a film holder is inserted.
