Buying guide
The 503CW (1996) was the final body in the 500 series that began with the 1957 500C. It is fully mechanical with a Gliding Mirror System and Acute-Matte screen; the Winder CW is optional. The 503CXi (1988) and 501CM are cheaper alternatives. Check lens shutters, the film back and the mirror mechanism.
