The SLR 680 (1982) is the SX-70 sonar autofocus design recalibrated for 600 film, with built-in flash that by default fires on all exposures (a switch turns it off). It is bulkier than the SX-70. The SLR 690 (1996) is functionally identical with upgraded electronics. Test autofocus and flash before buying.
