t' = t1.31
Ilford's published factor P = 1.31: corrected time = metered time ^ 1.31. Ilford says one second or less needs no compensation, and that very long exposures at low light may need some trial and error.
Development times
XP2 Super is developed in standard C-41 chemistry: 3:15 in the colour developer at 37.8°C / 100°F, the same as every other C-41 film. Blix and stabiliser times come from your kit, and pushing typically adds about 30% per stop.
