Reciprocity failure
No official data available. The manufacturer hasn't published reciprocity specifications for this film.
For long exposures, try starting with a 1.3 exponent (t' = t1.3) as a baseline and bracket your shots. This is a reasonable middle ground that works for many films.
Kodak E-7023 (Feb 2016) gives no adjustment for 1/10,000 s to 1 s and says longer exposures may need compensation and filtration. It publishes no figures beyond 1 s, so none are given here. Bracket long exposures.
