EI is the speed the film was rated at when shooting. Times marked “not yet verified” come from secondary sources and haven’t been checked against a manufacturer datasheet.

How they work together
- PMK Pyro
- Fine grain, very-high acutance, full film speed, compensating contrast. Extraordinary highlight separation with proportional staining.
- Ilford HP5 Plus
- A robust, all-purpose film. Slightly lower contrast than Tri-X with excellent shadow detail and pushability.
- Notes on this pairing
- Sheet gives EI 320-400. 70°F (21.1°C). Two inversions every 15 s.
- 80°F (26.7°C). Sheet gives EI 320-400. Two inversions every 15 s.
